Andres Soriano Jr. Ave, Intramuros, Manila (Photo: Ramon FVelasquez\/<a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Commission_on_Elections_(Philippines)\" target=\"_blank\">Wikipedia<\/a>)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>MANILA \u2013 The officials of the Commission on Elections (Comelec), Smartmatic and Parish Pastoral Council for Responsible Voting (PPCRV) were charged with electoral sabotage before the Office of the Ombudsman (Ombudsman) on Wednesday.<\/p>\n<p>The group calling itself as \u201cMata sa Balota\u201d, led by Rodolfo Javellana, Jr. and \u201crunning priest\u201d Fr.
