Jinggoy Estrada Facebook page.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>MANILA&#8211;Former president and incumbent Mayor Joseph &#8220;Erap&#8221; Ejercito Estrada was proclaimed as the duly-elected Mayor of Manila on Tuesday.<\/p>\n<p>Estrada garnered a total votes of 283,140 while his closest rival former mayor Alfredo S. Lim earned 280,464 votes and Amado Bagatsing with 167,829.<\/p>\n<p>Also proclaimed as the duly-elected Vice Mayor of Manila is Honey Lacuna who earned a total votes of 268,969 as compared to her closest rival Ali Atienza with 221,037 votes and Benjamin Asilo with 137,388 votes.<\/p>\n<p>This is the second term for Estrada as the mayor of the country&#8217;s capital city after he defeated Lim in the May 2013 local elections.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>MANILA&#8211;Former president and incumbent Mayor Joseph &#8220;Erap&#8221; Ejercito Estrada was proclaimed as the duly-elected Mayor of Manila on Tuesday.
