See this at <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/R5GVZMGmsU\">https:\/\/t.co\/R5GVZMGmsU<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/ijYD3w7lbd\">pic.twitter.com\/ijYD3w7lbd<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&mdash; COMELEC (@COMELEC) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/COMELEC\/status\/729220176378400768?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">May 8, 2016<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><script async src=\"https:\/\/platform.twitter.com\/widgets.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script><\/p>\n<p>MANILA \u2013 The Commission on Elections (Comelec) en banc sitting as the National Board of Canvassers (NBoC) is looking to proclaim the winning 12 senators one week after the conduct of the May 9 polls.<\/p>\n<p>In a press briefing on Monday, Comelec Chairman Juan Andres Bautista said that seven days is a safe projection but they will try to make the proclamation earlier.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI think one week is a good target but we tried to out perform,\u201d he said at the 2016 Elections National Headquarters at the Philippine International Convention Centre (PICC) in Pasay City.<\/p>\n<p>Bautista noted that the proclamation of the top 12 winners would really depend on the election results they will be getting.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI cannot really say.
