(<a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/AttyKoko\/\">Facebook photo<\/a>)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY \u2013 A top official of the Partido ng Demokratikong Pilipino\u2013Lakas ng Bayan (PDP-Laban) boldly predicted the victory of presidential candidate Rodrigo Duterte in the May 9 election.<\/p>\n<p>Duterte is the standard bearer of the opposition PDP-Laban political party.<\/p>\n<p>During a visit here Tuesday, Sen.
