Salvador Panelo, Duterte legal counsel, Monday.<\/p>\n<p>Incidentally, Duterte also gave Panelo a \u201cspecial power of attorney\u201d which the latter submitted to officials of the BPI-Julia Vargas Branch.<\/p>\n<p>However, bank officials said they need seven days to study and respond to the Duterte camp\u2019s request.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThey asked for seven days to respond for our formal request and what is important is that we responded to Sen.
