Grace Annear of the University of New Brunswick picked up silver while Rachel Jewett from the University of Toronto took bronze.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt was a nice smooth race. We took it out fast and everything just kind of fell together so I was really happy with it,\u201d said Westaway.<\/p>\n<p>Windsor\u2019s Corey Bellemore caught Toronto\u2019s Sacha Smart on the last lap to win gold in the men\u2019s 600 in 1:18.77. Tommy Land of Guelph was third.<\/p>\n<p>Julia Stille of Toronto took the women\u2019s triple jump with a leap of 12.72 metres. Sandra Latrace of Lethbridge was second while Frederick Djossou-Lorng came in third.
