Cuenca was seen holding Chanel as she wrapped her arms around him.<\/p>\n<p>Another Instagram photo posted by the 26-year-old actor\u00a0 indirectly confirmed that something romantic is going on between the two\u2014Chanel kissing Jake on the cheek, while their eyes were closed.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, Chanel also posted a photo, showing her and Jake kissing each other on the lips with the hashtags \u2018hemakesmehappy\u2019 and \u2018us.\u2019<\/p>\n<p>As of this writing, the two have yet to confirm the real score between them.<\/p>\n<p>The rumored couple, along with Raymond Gutierrez, are in Bali, Indonesia for a vacation.<\/p>\n<p>It will be recalled that months ago, Jake expressed his intention to court his \u201cMaria Mercedes\u201d co-star Jessy Mendiola.
