MANILA, Philippines \u2013It\u2019s confirmed: Kapuso actress Carla Abellana and Kapuso actor Geoff Eigenmann have already called it quits.<\/p>\n

This was revealed by Abellana on \u201cStartalk\u201d on <\/em>Sunday, April 13.<\/p>\n

\u201cHindi naman kami puwede magsinungaling,<\/em> so you know, almost four years din ang<\/em> relationship namin ni<\/em> Geoff. I remember I was even the first one na nagsabi <\/em>\u2018yes Geoff and I are together.\u2019 So it\u2019s right I believe na ako na rin ang magsabi <\/em>that we are no longer together,\u201d Carla said.<\/p>\n

(We can\u2019t lie, so you know, our relationship was almost four years. I remember I was even the first one who said that Geoff and I were together. So it\u2019s only right that I am the one to say that we are no longer together.)<\/p>\n

As early as March this year, rumors had it that the two have already parted ways because of an alleged third party\u2014Geoff\u2019s co-star in \u201cAdarna\u201d Kylie Padilla.<\/p>\n

But Carla, in the same interview, was quick to dismiss the rumors, explaining that the problem lies between the two of them.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe are two different people and we are too different. There\u2019s just so many reasons. We don\u2019t share the same values\u2026 It was the small things that contributed to just one big thing… We clashed more than we got along, so there are many reasons,\u201d she explained.<\/p>\n

She added that they did their best to save their nearly 4-year relationship.<\/p>\n

Before the end of the interview, the 27-year-old actress said that only God knows if they can still be together in the future. She also thanked her ex-boyfriend.<\/p>\n

\u201cThank you, super thank you talaga<\/em> for teaching me so much. Thank you for making me a tougher person. I am stronger now, I am tougher now. I was pushed to the limits\u2026 So thank you so much for taking care of me, for loving me\u2026 I really do sincerely hope and pray na maging okay<\/em> ang lahat sa atin hindi man<\/em> as a couple but as individuals (I hope that things will be okay between us if not as a couple, but as individuals),\u201d she said.<\/p>\n

The romance between the two started to blossom when they were paired in the local adaptation of \u201cRosalinda<\/em>,\u201d where Carla played the title role and Geoff played Fernando Jose, Rosalinda\u2019s love interest.<\/p>\n

They were again paired in shows such as \u201cThe Last Prince\u201d<\/em> <\/i>and \u201c<\/i>Magic Palayok.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n
