Alfonso Reyno, Jr. (Contributed photo)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>WBR Entertainment recently signed a co-production agreement with GMA Network Inc. for Willie Revillame\u2019s variety-game show Wowowin, which begins airing daily on February 1.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c<em>Itinaon talaga natin ito sa umpisa ng taon <\/em>because we are lining up the programs for this year. <em>Ngayon,<\/em> daily <em>na<\/em> from Monday to Friday and I have no doubt <em>na mami-<\/em>maintain <em>ni <\/em>Willie <em>ang<\/em> ratings <em>ng <\/em>program. <em>Napakasipag at pinapanood ko yung mga<\/em> shows <em>niya kaya alam ko<\/em>,\u201d said Atty. Felipe L. Gozon.<\/p>\n<p>(We really timed this with the start of the year because we are lining up the programs for this year. It now airs daily from Monday to Friday and I have no doubt that Willie will maintain the ratings of the program. He is very hardworking and I watch his show, that\u2019s why I know this.)<\/p>\n<p>WBR Entertainment\u2019s Willie Revillame revealed that the success of Wowowin is because of the viewers who never fail to support him and his program. He\u2019s also looking forward to bring more smiles to Filipino audiences. \u201c<em>Ang bida kasi rito ay yung mga tao. Sila ang nagpe-<\/em>perform <em>at nagkukwento ng buhay nila. Ang hangarin ng programa ay magbigay pag-asa. Yung<\/em> success <em>ng programa, hindi lang ito dahil sa akin kundi dahil sa ating lahat kasi tulong-tulong tayo dito. Sabi nga sa<\/em> Eat Bulaga, <em>hangga\u2019t may bata, may<\/em> Eat Bulaga. <em>Dito hangga\u2019t may nalulungkot, may<\/em> Wowowin.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>(The people are the stars of this show. They perform and share their life stories. The goal of the program is to give hope. The success of this show is not only because of me but also because we all work together. Like what they say in Eat Bulaga, while there are still children, there is Eat Bulaga. In our show, while there are still people who are unhappy, there is Wowowin.)<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, GMA First Vice President for Program Management Jose Mari Abacan said that they are pleased to announce that Willie\u2019s program will air daily. \u201c<em>Sa totoo lang nung unang pumasok pa lang si<\/em> Willie <em>sa amin<\/em> once a week, <em>nakita na namin kung paano siya minahal ng tao <\/em>and it translated to ratings <em>at talagang ang lakas ng<\/em> show <em>kaya naisip namin na kung ganito ang <\/em>reception <em>ng tao at mas maraming napapaligaya, itodo na natin<\/em>, from Monday to Friday.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>(Honestly, when Willie\u2019s show first started airing once a week, we saw how the people loved him and it translated to ratings; and the show is really doing well, which is why we thought that if this is the kind of reception it receives from viewers and it makes more people happy, then we should air it from Monday to Friday.)<\/p>\n<p>The contract signing was attended by GMA Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Atty.
