JICA said that it will be likely to reach P6 billion a day by 2030.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">\u201cPeople are spending much time getting a ride, and traveling going to their respective offices,\u201d said Dr. Rene E.
