The rule of law shall be respected and must be upheld. With the process of appeal, we believe that we have strong legal basis to stand on,\u201d she said.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">In the latest Social Weather Stations (SWS) survey, showed that Davao City Mayor Rodrigo Duterte is knocking over Poe, who was he perennial leader in previous surveys, from the top spot.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">The SWS poll conducted on Nov. 26-28 nationwide, shows that 38 percent of the voters favors to Duterte, while Poe and Vice President Jejomar Binary tied with 21 percent each. Former DILG Secretary Mar Roxas got 15 percent, while Sen.
