They accounted for 23.4 percent of the total.<\/p>\n<p>The French were next with arrivals reaching 9.1 million, increasing 6.9 percent when compared with the first nine months of 2014 and representing 16.9 percent of the total.<\/p>\n<p>The Germans were in the third place with 8.2 arrivals, which meant a 0.8 percent fall, representing 15.2 percent of the total.<\/p>\n<p>Catalonia was the main destination with 13.9 million international tourists.
