MANILA \u2013 Former Ilocos Sur Governor Luis \u201cChavit\u201d Singson will be hosting GMA News TV\u2019s newest travel-public service show \u201cHappy Life\u201d set to air on November.<\/p>\n

Singson will also be shelling out money from his own pocket as he helps and encourages families and institutions to be featured in his show.<\/p>\n
