The book will combine Lynch\u2019s reflections with material from McKenna based on dozens of interviews Lynch&#8217;s friends, family and colleagues. Grand Central, a division of Hachette Book Group, plans a 2017 release.<\/p>\n<p>Lynch\u2019s credits include the films \u201cBlue Velvet,\u201d \u201cEraserhead\u201d and \u201cThe Straight Story\u201d and the TV drama \u201cTwin Peaks.\u201d<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>NEW YORK \u2013 David Lynch wants to tell the straight story of his life, but with a little help.
