MANILA \u2013 It is again possible for Davao Mayor Rodrigo \u201cRody\u201d Duterte to run for president after he was urged by his eldest daughter, Inday Sara Duterte-Carpio, to seek the country\u2019s highest post in next year\u2019s national elections.<\/p>\n
