MANILA \u2013 Admitting having a year-long rift with Kapamilya co-star and erstwhile best friend Kim Chiu, actress-performer Maja Salvador shared that they were slowly mending their broken friendship now.<\/p>\n

\u201cAyaw ko nang idetalye po<\/em> \u2018yun<\/em>.\u00a0 Ayaw ko nang balikan<\/em>\u2026 Kasi sa ngayon<\/em>, sobrang happy ako na okey kami ni Kim<\/em>. Na minsan<\/em>, papunta<\/em>, pabalik na yung friendship<\/em>,\u201d Maja said in an interview in Tonight with Boy Abunda.<\/p>\n

(I don\u2019t want to give any detail about it. I don\u2019t want to recount\u2026 Because right now, I\u2019m very happy that Kim and I are okay. That sometimes, we\u2019re getting there, bringing back our friendship.)<\/p>\n

\u201cKasi iba kami minsan mag-usap sa ASAP<\/em>\u2026 Kasi masaya ako kung anuman \u2018yung estado kung anong meron kami ni Kim<\/em>, papuntang friendship nga po<\/em>,\u201d she added.<\/p>\n

\u201cSometimes we talk in a different way in ASAP\u2026 Because I\u2019m happy with whatever status Kim and I have. We\u2019re becoming friends again.)<\/p>\n

It was in 2013 when the two turned sour towards each other as Maja entered into a romantic relationship with actor Gerald Anderson \u2013 who happened to be Kim\u2019s first and former boyfriend.<\/p>\n

Early this year, the two started casually communicating with each other. They have even been seen performing in the same stage lately.<\/p>\n

Maja, however, maintained that she did not regret loving Gerald. But if the actress only knew how it will all end, she confessed that she might have made different decisions on love.<\/p>\n

\u201cSiyempre<\/em>, hindi mo naman maibabalik ang kahapon<\/em>\u2026 Sa mga nangyayari, wala rin naman akong niri-regret<\/em> kasi ginusto ko naman kasi<\/em>,\u201d she earlier said.<\/p>\n

(Of course, you can\u2019t bring back yesterday\u2026 On what happened, I don\u2019t regret anything because I wanted it.)<\/p>\n

\u201cPero kung ang iisipin natin ay yung hindi ako masasaktan<\/em>, hindi masasaktan yung kaibigan ko<\/em> [Kim], hindi siya<\/em> [Gerald] masasaktan<\/em>, kung may choices nun<\/em>, siguro gaganun ako<\/em>, lilihis ako<\/em>,\u201d she added.<\/p>\n
