No hypocrisy\u2026 This is my last card. I will stage an uprising. I\u2019ve grown up used to rallies. I will lead a People Power.)<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIf I lose because of cheating, you can expect me in the streets\u2026 I hope they will remember it as a message for those who want to cheat in the coming elections,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n<p>Being the head of the opposition, the Vice President feared that he may be cheated in the coming presidential race and that government funds might be used in the campaign of the administration\u2019s presidential bid.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c<em>Knock on wood, sana walang dayaan<\/em>. <em>Dapat marangal na halalan<\/em>. <em>Naglipanang magkakadayaan sa PCOS<\/em> (Precinct Count Optical Scanning machines),\u201d Binay said in an interview with Manila Bulletin.<\/p>\n<p>(Knock on wood, I hope there will be no fraud. It should be an honorable election.
