Pharrell&#8217;s publisher, Penguin Young Readers, announced Tuesday that the Twitter hashtag #readHappy had been established for fans to post thoughts or images on why reading makes them &#8220;Happy.&#8221; Every post shared elsewhere on social media will lead to a donation.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEvery child on this planet deserves to experience the joy of reading,\u201d he said in a statement issued through Penguin.<\/p>\n<p>Pharrell&#8217;s picture book, \u201cHappy,\u201d \u00a0based on his hit song, comes out next week.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>NEW YORK \u2013 Pharrell Williams has launched a \u201cHappy\u201d campaign for young readers.
