She says the rodent problem requires professional pest control but the bakery can reopen after inspectors determine the problem is fixed.<\/p>\n<p>Bakery spokeswoman Amy Ma says a customer posted a video of a mouse online instead of telling bakery staff. She says workers are now re-cementing the basement and will exterminate. She says they hope to open on Monday.<\/p>\n<p>Cronuts have become a food craze in New York.
