President Benigno \u201cNoynoy\u201d Aquino III slammed Vice President Jejomar \u201cJojo\u201d Binay\u2019s statements that the administration neglected Cebu and favored other provinces through its selective treatment, allotting more of the national budget to areas with strong allies.<\/p>\n

Aquino even advised Binay to have his eyes checked by an optometrist so that he could clearly see all the national government\u2019s programs and projects in Cebu.<\/p>\n

The President disclosed that his administration allotted P22.<\/p>\n
