MANILA \u2013 During today\u2019s court hearing, US Marine Lance Corporal Joseph Scott Pemberton recalled what he did during his \u2018liberty time,\u2019 admitting meeting and checking in a motel with slain Filipina transgender Jennifer Laude.<\/p>\n

In the hearing at the Olongapo City Regional Trial Court , Pemberton disclosed what happened on October 11, 2014 \u2013 the day Laude was found dead in a motel room.<\/p>\n

According to the marine, he first went to the mall then to bars. It was in Ambyanz Resto Bar where he met \u2018two women,\u2019\u00a0which were Laude and another unnamed woman.<\/p>\n

They then went to Cellzone Lodge where one of the women engaged in an \u2018oral sex\u2019 with Pemberton. After the unnamed woman left, he had another \u2018oral sex\u2019 with Laude.<\/p>\n

During the sex act, Pemberton reached down to Laude\u2019s legs and found out that she also had a penis. Angered that he was being raped by \u2018another man,\u2019 he pushed her away but she recoiled by slapping him. Angering him more, he then strangled her.<\/p>\n

Noticing that Laude was no longer moving, Pemberton then dragged her to the bathroom and tried to awaken her by pouring water to her face.<\/p>\n
