Joseph Swafford Jr.)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>MANILA \u2013 With the Philippine Air Force (PAF) acquiring two F-16 American multi-role fighter jets, Davao City Mayor Rodrigo \u201cRody\u201d Duterte only believed that it was a wrong move as the \u201870s jets were no match to China\u2019s air power.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe decision to buy two F-16s is really a blunder.
