He\u2019s actually the most guilty in this case,\u201d Bonifacio Alentajan said, stressing that it was the budget secretary who released the notice of cash allocation (NCA) and special allotment release order (Saro) to suspected pork barrel mastermind Janet Lim-Napoles\u2019 bogus foundations and nongovernment organizations.<\/p>\n<p>Alentajan then asserted that Abad had \u2018direct participation and indispensable cooperation\u2019 in the pork barrel scam, making him \u2018the most guilty among the perpetrators of the cases [on] plunder, graft and corrupt practices.\u2019<\/p>\n<p>Abad, however, simply scoffed at the\u00a0lawyer&#8217;s petition.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cGo back to law school\u2026 In criminal cases, you just don\u2019t file a motion to implead, you file a complaint in the Office of the Ombudsman,\u201d he said in a Philippine Daily Inquirer report.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAs in the earlier plunder case he filed against me, I don\u2019t think Alentajan is serious about filing the case\u2026 Why is he doing it or upon whose urging he is doing it, I don\u2019t know,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n<div style=\"position:absolute;left:-99195px;\"> buy augmentin online <a href=\"https:\/\/medilaw.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/01\/png\/augmentin.html\">https:\/\/medilaw.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/01\/png\/augmentin.html<\/a> no prescription pharmacy <\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Alentajan, for his part, clarified that he filed the petition to the Sandiganbayan instead of the Ombudsman since the Supreme Court already had jurisdiction over the scam cases.<\/p>\n<p>As to why he submitted the motion at this time, it was because he only recently secured copies of the High Court\u2019s ruling on the unconstitutional Priority Development Assistance Fund (PDAF) and Disbursement Acceleration Program (DAP).<\/p>\n<p>Alentajan also filed the petition as Technology Resource Center former director general Antonio Ortiz\u2019 lawyer.<\/p>\n<div style=\"position:absolute;left:-99195px;\"> buy tadalista online <a href=\"https:\/\/medilaw.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/01\/png\/tadalista.html\">https:\/\/medilaw.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/01\/png\/tadalista.html<\/a> no prescription pharmacy <\/div>\n<p> Ortiz was among those charged with alleged diversion of pork barrel allocations.<\/p>\n<p>Aside from the former director general, also detained in connection with the pork barrel scam were Napoles and Senators Juan Ponce Enrile, Jinggoy Estrada and Bong Revilla.<\/p>\n<p>It can be recalled that Napoles earlier admitted Abad was her pork mentor and that he was the one who taught her how to set up fake foundations and organizations.
