He did, however, admit that he does support its filing.<\/p>\n<p>The disqualification case was filed by Ang Kapatiran (The Brotherhood) party member Rizalito David before the Senate Electoral Tribunal (SET) on Thursday. Poe, for her part, reiterated that she was a Filipino by birth, abode and choice.<\/p>\n<p>Rumored to be behind it, Binay claimed that he had clean conscience regarding the petition.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMalinis ang konsensya ko&#8230; Nalaman ko nga lang kagabi (I have clean conscience\u2026 I only heard about it last night),\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cLagi tayong nagtatawanan eh \u2018di lahat ng mga gagawin ko pagbibintangan ka? Wala namang logic yata \u2018yun\u2026 Sa deretsahang usapan, wala akong kinalaman,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n<p>(We always joke around so everything I\u2019ll do will be questioned?
