But then again, she had no official political plans yet.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIf you are asking me for any political plans, talagang wala po. So, that\u2019s my situation right now.)<\/p>\n<p>When asked if she would consider running for senator instead, Santos said that even that post required thorough preparation.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAng problema ko po diyan, nasanay po ako ng executive. Mula nang nagsimula ako, nasanay po ako ng administratibo. \u2018Pag pinag-usapan na po natin \u2018yan, mag-aaral po ulit \u2018yan. Legislative na po \u2018yan. Paggawa na po \u2018yan ng batas. Unlike \u2018yung local, administratibo po ito,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n<p>(My problem with that is I\u2019ve been honed in the executive [department]. Since I started, I\u2019ve practiced in the administration. When we talk about that, there is a need to study. That\u2019s legislative. That\u2019s making laws. Unlike the local, this is administrative.)<\/p>\n<p>As the wife of Senator Ralph Recto, Santos shared how blessed she was to have him as her guide as he also respected her decisions.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cGuided niya ako pero ang last say niya ay nasa akin at \u2018yun naman ay nirerespeto niya.
