MANILA \u2013 With Vice President Jejomar \u201cJojo\u201d Binay delivering what he called the \u2018True\u2019 State of the Nation Address (TSONA) and again criticizing President Benigno \u201cNoynoy\u201d Aquino III\u2019s supposed poor governance, the Malaca\u00f1ang only reminded Binay that he was part of what he repeatedly called the \u2018insensitive\u2019 and \u2018incompetent\u2019 administration.<\/p>\n

\u201cLimang taon kang pumapalakpak noon sa mga sinasabi mong palpak ngayon (For five years, you applauded what you now consider incompetent),\u201d presidential spokesman Edwin Lacierda said shortly after Binay delivered his \u2018TSONA.\u2019<\/p>\n

Aquino, for his part, only hoped that the Vice President tell the truth.<\/p>\n

\u201cI stand by what we said\u2026 One would hope that he would honor his pledge to serve the people and part of that is giving them the right information,\u201d he said before Binay gave his speech.<\/p>\n
