Aquino photo from Malacanang Photo Bureau)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>MANILA &#8212; Vice President Jejomar Binay on Monday delivered what he called the &#8220;true&#8221; State of the Nation Address (Tsona) and criticized President Aquino saying Filipinos became poor under his &#8220;daang matuwid.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Binay said the administration was &#8220;manhid at palpak&#8221;
