He noted that several fishing grounds in the region were main sources of food and livelihood for numerous Filipino fishermen.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWhy can\u2019t you leave us alone? Allow us to fish in the area, which we\u2019ve been doing for centuries. Those are important sources of food for us. Are you going to kill us with hunger?\u201d Duterte said, addressing to the Chinese military attach\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cDon\u2019t oppress us. You\u2019re already a rich country while lots of our people are poor. We\u2019re not going to make war.
