These days, more and more Filipinos are adapting the perpetual Western tradition of trick or treating on Hallow\u2019s Eve.<\/p>\n<p>Mostly the device of commercial establishments to celebrate Halloween, more parents are investing time, money, and effort so their kids can put on a costume and experience trick or treating\u2013even in some neighborhoods.<\/p>\n<p>As proof that more establishments are putting the \u201ccare\u201d in \u201cscare,\u201d here are some trick or treat events just for Halloween 2013\u2013and believe us, there are A LOT.
