The key is building a proper foundation and building from there,\u201d Cone said in a press conference.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWhat we are up to now is how to instill our system to the players\u2026 It\u2019s going to take a little bit of time. It always does. We\u2019ll try to be quick but we won\u2019t be in a hurry,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n<p>Known for using the triangle offense, PBA\u2019s \u2018winningest\u2019 coach stated that he will improve the team\u2019s defense first.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIf you get the guys to buy in defensively, then we\u2019re going to do something good. It\u2019s always a process to get that buy-in going with the players,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>Leaving the Star Hotshots, Cone will be replaced by Jason Webb.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe hardest part is leaving behind the players, the memories, and all the adversities we fought over the last four years.
