Visitors from Taiwan, South Korea and India decreased by 5.9 percent, 24.8 percent and 3.3 percent, respectively year-on-year, while those from Hong Kong and the Philippines increased by 2.0 percent and 6.5 percent, DSEC figure indicated.<\/p>\n<p>DSEC data showed that long-haul visitors from Canada and Britain registered year-on-year increase, whereas those from the United States and Australia saw decline.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: small\">In the first half year of 2015, visitor arrivals totaled 14.75 million, down by 3.5 percent year-on-year.
