Grace Poe heads the Senate hearing on the Mamasapano clash (Facebook photo)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>MANILA &#8211;Senator Grace Poe is taking her time to make an &#8216;independent&#8217; decision on whether or not she will run for the president in 2016.<\/p>\n<p>Poe said her decision will have very &#8220;important implications&#8221;\u00a0for the country in the coming years.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNapakahalaga ng nakasalalay sa aking magiging disisyon. Bukod tangi dito ang nararapat na kahinatnan at marating ng ating bayang mahal sa susunod na anim na taon,\u201d she said in a text message to the Philippine Daily Inquirer.<\/p>\n<p>(My decision will have very important implications. The most important of which are our beloved country\u2019s outlook and path in the next six years.)<\/p>\n<p>The senator added that the statement of several senators saying she will run for president next year is not what puts pressure on her.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThese perceptions do not really put added pressure on me.
