MANILA \u2013 In an interview with the Philippine Entertainment Portal, actress Jolina Magdangal-Escueta admitted being hesitant to work on another project with co-star Claudine Barretto.<\/p>\n

Jolina recalled last working with Claudine in GMA\u2019s teleserye \u201cIglot,\u201d which only lasted for three months.<\/p>\n

\u201cNaputol \u2018yung show namin\u2026 Nagkaroon ako ng hesitation to work with her kasi baka may problema siya or noong nagkaroon siya ng problema, natapos agad \u2018yung show,\u201d she said in a press conference.<\/p>\n

(Our show got cut off… I started to have hesitation to work with her because she may have another problem just like the last time when she also had a problem, our show got cut off.)<\/p>\n

Jolina stated that she was not used to having her show cut off.<\/p>\n

\u201cHindi kasi ako sanay sa ganoon e\u2026 Ikakasal ako noong time na \u2018yun so ang dami-dami kong iniisip,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n

(I\u2019m just not use to it\u2026 I was about to get married that time so I was thinking of a lot of things.)<\/p>\n

\u201cAng thinking ko, professional tayong lahat. Anuman ang problema natin, meron tayong trabaho,\u201d she added.<\/p>\n

(What I was thinking was that we were all professionals. Whatever our problem may be, we had a job to do.)<\/p>\n

Jolina, however, pointed out\u00a0that she was happy with Claudine returning to the industry.<\/p>\n

\u201cHappy ako, hindi lang na she\u2019s back, kundi yung nangyayari sa kanya ngayon na nararamdaman ko at nakikita ko sa pictures, masaya siya,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n

(I\u2019m happy, not only because she\u2019d back, but because of what\u2019s happening to her right now. I can feel and see in pictures that she\u2019s happy.)<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
