Siyempre, alam ko na nakasakit ako ng mga tao na I care about na hindi ko naman sinasadya,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>(I realized a lot in my life\u2026 Slowly, I\u2019m trying to learn from it, be a better person. Of course, I know that I\u2019ve unintentionally hurt people whom I care about.)<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNasaktan din ako siyempre but God is good\u2026 Let\u2019s move on and become a better person. \u2018Yun lang ang gusto kong mangyari,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n<p>(I got hurt as well but God is good\u2026 Let\u2019s move on and become a better person. That\u2019s all what I want to happen.)<\/p>\n<p>Gerald also firmly believed on second chances.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cKung may nagawa kang mali, you can always come back, you can always become a better person. Learn from it\u2026 Sa buhay ko, ang dami ko rin nagawang mali, pero hindi pa tapos ang buhay ko. I can always make it right and I can always be a better person, ganun din sa lahat,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>(If you\u2019ve done something wrong, you can always come back, you can always become a better person. Learn from it\u2026 In my life, I\u2019ve committed a lot of mistakes, but my life isn\u2019t over yet. I can always make it right and I can always be a better person. The same goes for all.)<\/p>\n<p>Right now, Gerald opted to enjoy being single for a while and to focus more on his career.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTrabaho lang. Hindi po ako naghahanap\u2026 Masaya lang po ako sa kung anuman ang nangyayari ngayon at doon muna ako,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>([I\u2019m] just working. I\u2019m not looking [for a new girlfriend]. I\u2019m just happy on what\u2019s happening right now and I plan to let it stay that way.)<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI enjoy myself, be a better person,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n<p>It can be recalled that Gerald recently broke up with actress Maja Salvador.
