Leonardo Felonia, was ordered arrested in May following his alleged involvement in the murder of King.<\/p>\n<p>King, who was shot dead inside his office in Bario Obrero last year, owns a hotel business in Cebu and a wellness company.<\/p>\n<p>Senior Insp.
