Ferdinand &#8216;Bongbong&#8217; Marcos Jr. (Facebook)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>MANILA &#8212;\u00a0Senator Ferdinand Marcos Jr. said he has enough experience to run for the highest post in the government.<\/p>\n<p>In an interview with dzRH, Marcos said that he has already climbed the political ladder preparing him for presidency.<\/p>\n<p>He added that his years of experience in the public service allowed him to become prepared to run for the highest post, just like his father, former President Ferdinand Marcos.<\/p>\n<p>Marcos first joined politics as the vice governor of Ilocos Norte. He then became the governor in the said town and was elected as a member of the House of Representatives.<\/p>\n<p>Marcos, who is now a senator said that though he belies that he qualifies for the Presidential post, he has yet to decide on whether to run for president or not.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAt least, I have some\u00a0 experience,\u201c he said in Filipino. \u201cI have ideas about reforms.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>He also added that if there was a mentor who taught him best, that was his father.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI have not seen anybody as good,\u201d he said in Filipino.<\/p>\n<p>He also advised the President to replace his advisers who have done so well in helping him in running the government.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>MANILA &#8212;\u00a0Senator Ferdinand Marcos Jr. said he has enough experience to run for the highest post in the government.
