MANILA \u2013 Actress Marian Rivera, who is five months pregnant, does not want to practice birth control with husband Dingdong Dantes.<\/p>\n

\u201cAyoko ng birth control\u2026 Gusto ko nga basketball team kami. Gusto ko marami. Sabi nga ng asawa ko, \u2018Pagkatapos mo manganak, pahinga ka muna. Tapos saka ulit tayo mag-baby.\u2019 Sabi ko, \u2018Hindi. Kung bigyan tayo ng Panginoon ulit, e ‘di why not?,\u201d Marian said in an interview with Arnold Clavio.<\/p>\n

(I don\u2019t like birth control\u2026 I want us to be basketball team. I want us to be a big family. My husband told me, \u2018After giving birth [to our first child], you can rest for a while. Then, let\u2019s have another baby later on. I said, \u2018No. If God will give us another baby at once, why not?)<\/p>\n

\u201cE, di sunud-sunod pa every year. Kaya naman. Pangarap ko \u2018yan na maraming anak dahil solong anak ako. Kaya gusto ko, mas marami, mas masaya,\u201d she added.<\/p>\n

([A baby] every year. [I think] I can handle it. It\u2019s my dream to have a lot of kids because I\u2019m an only child. That\u2019s why I want more, more is merrier.)<\/p>\n

Right now, Marian is focused on her baby. She has let down lead roles which she thinks will be too much load to bear.<\/p>\n

\u201cOkay naman pero may mga pagkakataon na nahihirapan pa rin kahit papaano, kasi lumalaki siya e\u2026 Pangarap talaga namin magkaroon ng anak,\u201d Marian said.<\/p>\n

(It\u2019s okay but there are times that it gets hard for me because [our baby\u2019s] getting bigger\u2026 It\u2019s really our dream to have a child [of our own].)<\/p>\n

The actress, however, does not want to disclose too much information about their baby for the meantime but promises to tell their fans later on.<\/p>\n

\u201cAlam na namin (yung gender ng bata). Hindi naman kami naging madamot sa pagbibigay ng impormasyon tungkol sa amin. Kaya siguro minsan mapapansin nila na sa Instagram ko, hindi ako nagpo-post ng baby bump ko. Gusto ko namnamin yung pagkakataon na sa akin na lang ‘yun. Ise-share naman namin \u2018yan,\u201d\u00a0 Marian said.<\/p>\n

(We already know the child\u2019s gender. We did not withhold information about us. But maybe people notice that in my Instagram account, I\u2019m not posting photos of my baby bump. I want to cherish the moment as my moment for now. We\u2019ll share it [to the public later on.])<\/p>\n

Marian did share the baby names she and her husband have decided on.<\/p>\n

\u201cGusto ko kasi kapag babae may Maria, kapag lalaki may Jose. Kasi si Dong, Jose Sixto siya ako. Ako Marian, parang Maria yun in Spanish,\u201d Marian said.<\/p>\n

(I want [the baby\u2019s name] to have Maria if it\u2019s a girl. If it\u2019s a boy, [the name] should have Jose. Because Dong\u2019s [name] is Jose Sixto. Me, Marian. It\u2019s like Maria in Spanish.)<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
