Kailangan namin ang tulong ng lahat. Marami ang hindi makakaboto sa susunod na eleksyon kung wala silang biometrics,\u201d Bautista said in a statement.<\/p>\n<p>Around 4.3 million voters may face disenfranchisement in the next year\u2019s election if they failed to have their biometrics data taken.<\/p>\n<p>Biometric data include digital photo, signature and fingerprints in their voter registration record.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHelp us spread the word about the \u2018No Bio No Boto\u2019 campaign.
