He believed that the move was under Abad\u2019s initiative, as well as that of his LP allies.<\/p>\n<p>The lawmaker despised Abad for even bragging about more socio-economic programs incorporated in next year\u2019s national budget.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe oppose the Abad budget just as we opposed the original illegal DAP distributions. The Abad budget is simply \u2018A Bad budget\u2019 and must be stopped in its tracks or the people will suffer,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>Abad, for his part, simply dismissed Tiangco\u2019s claims.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cRidiculous. That\u2019s Tiangco for you.
