He had recently been linked to the multi-billion pork barrel scam, putting him on trial for plunder and graft.<\/p>\n<p>When told that his half brother Senator JV Estrada had already declared support for Senator Grace Poe should she file candidacy for presidency, Senator Jinggoy Estrada only said that his brother had the freedom to choose whom to support.<\/p>\n<p>He clarified, however, that their presidential preferences did not represent that of their entire family nor of their father. He also said that it was not like he was not supporting Poe.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThat may be his (JV) own decision. But I am not saying for myself that I am not supporting Senator Grace or Vice President Binay or whoever the potential candidates.
