Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo will seek reelection for a third and final term in the second congressional district of Pampanga in 2016.<\/p>\n<p>Her lawyer, Raul Ambino announced in a recent gathering of the Pampanga Chamber of Commerce and Industry that she will continue serving her constituents.<\/p>\n<p>He added that Arroyo was still able to look after the welfare of her constituents even while in hospital detention.<\/p>\n<p>Arroyo&#8217;s willingness to seek for another term is \u00a0despite her\u00a0illness and her continued detention at the Veterans Memorial Medical Center in Quezon City.<\/p>\n<p>The former President is under hospital arrest for charges of before the Sandiganbayan.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>MANILA &#8212; Former President and Rep.
