MANILA \u2013 Actress-singer Zsa Zsa Padilla goes back to her first love \u2013 singing. \u00a0Six years after her last solo album \u201cUnchanging Love,\u201d the singer releases her latest album \u201cBeginnings.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cThis album is going back to my roots — the music I grew up listening to. I hope that you get a copy of my new CD. Can’t wait for you to hear the songs,\u201d she said, adding that her album will also be available in digital downloads.<\/p>\n

In her recent album, Zsa Zsa features covers of her favorite songs of all time, from the late 60\u2019s to the early 80\u2019s with international tracks \u201cMore Today than Yesterday\u201d and \u201cOne Hello\u201d and OPM hit \u201cWhen I Love.\u201d<\/p>\n

Other songs that completed the album\u2019s tracklist are \u201cI Just Want to be Your Everything,\u201d \u00a0\u201cAin\u2019t Nothing Gonna Keep Me from You,\u201d \u201cI Got Caught Dancing Again,\u201d \u201cAlone Again Naturally,\u201d and \u201cJust a Love Song,\u201d among other covers.<\/p>\n

In making her latest album, Zsa Zsa just wants to remain optimistic and take second chances in life.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe last album was very personal: It was a bit sad and, at times, angry. I had just lost a great love, and I never thought it was possible for me to love again. We should never stop believing in the power of second chances! To my man, Conrad (Onglao), thank you for encouraging me to reembrace my first love, singing,\u201d she said about making her album.<\/p>\n
