Grace Poe heads the Senate hearing on the Mamasapano clash (Facebook photo)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>MANILA &#8212; Senator Grace Poe recently signed a\u00a0partial report recommending to file plunder and graft charges against Vice President Jejomar Binay.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI have read the subcommittee recommendation and found the same supported by documentary evidence as well as expert and personal testimonies that remain unrebutted by competent evidence to the contrary,\u201d Poe said in a statement.<\/p>\n<p>Sen.
