Yun po ang nakita naming magandang kailangan pong gawin, alisin po muna ang bata sa magulang,&#8221; Tigas said.<\/p>\n<p>(The parents would not surrender the baby but that&#8217;s not possible. That&#8217;s the best solution we could think of. To remove the baby&#8217;s custody from his parents.)<\/p>\n<p>As to how long the department will be keeping custody of the child, Tigas said it is now up to the DSWD Region 3.<\/p>\n<p>In the same interview, Tigas explained that the mother who uploaded photos of the child did not know that it will go viral on social networking sites.<\/p>\n<p>The photos were uploaded with the caption:<\/p>\n<p>&#8221;bago ko nga palang aso\u2026dami kong tawa [dito] grabe.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>(My new dog&#8230; I&#8217;m laughing so hard on this!)<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;They made fun of it. Akala nila walang magiging reaction,&#8221; Tigas said.<\/p>\n<p>(They made fun of it.
