Apart from being the most beautiful woman in the world, reigning Miss World Megan Young has still so much to offer.<\/p>\n

This was attested by debuting film director Ely Buendia in an interview with ABS-CBN News.<\/p>\n

He worked with Young in “Pusakal,” a segment in the upcoming feature “Bang Bang Alley.\u201d<\/p>\n

The singer-songwriter said, “The main thing that I want people to focus on in this movie is how good of an actress she really is and I hope na ‘pag tapos na ‘yung duties niya as Miss World, bumalik siya sa acting dahil marami pa siyang puwedeng gawin.\u201d ( And I hope that after she finished her duties as Miss World, she will come back to acting, because she can still do many things)<\/p>\n

In \u201cPusakal,\u201d the 24-year-old beauty queen portrayed the role of Abbey, a troubled rich kid who hides out in the mountains after committing a crime.<\/p>\n

When asked to do a daring shower scene, Ely didn\u2019t hear a single complaint from Megan, “Super down to earth and super nice. Whatever you asked her to do, she would do it without question and with conviction,” Buendia related.<\/p>\n

He added, “Megan has talent. She would take a minute before (the cameras would start) rolling and she would become a totally different person… Hindi siya Miss World sa movie na ‘to.”(She\u2019s not a Miss World in this movie).<\/p>\n

Megan worked on the movie before joining the Miss World pageant last year.<\/p>\n

The \u201cBig Bang Alley\u201d also stars Joel Torre, Art Acu\u00f1a, Perla Bautista, Gabe Mercado, Bela Padilla, Jimmy Santos, Althea Vega and Jamie Wilson. It is set for release on April 9.<\/p>\n
