MANILA \u2013 After Kapamilya actor Gerald Anderson\u2019s split with co-star Maja Salvador, Janice de Belen was rumored to be\u00a0romantically linked to the actor. To this, Janice\u2019 daughter, Inah Estrada, only continued to dismiss speculations but admitted that she was affected by them.<\/p>\n

Janice played the role of Gerald\u2019s mother in their former teleserye together, \u201cBudoy.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cSiyempre, naapektuhan ako. But at the end of the day, wala naman kasi talagang katotohanan. So, might as well just brush it off. If I look into it more, it will get bigger lang. So, masasabi ko lang lagi, it\u2019s not true,\u201d Inah said in a press conference.<\/p>\n

She also pointed out that she and her siblings would be the first ones to know if there was someone courting their mother.<\/p>\n

\u201cMy mom has gone through so much. And ayaw ko kasing masaktan ulit ang mom ko. So that\u2019s what me and my siblings would like to avoid. As much as possible, if someone is going to court her, magba-background check talaga muna kami,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n

When asked what her thoughts were should a younger guy court her mother, Inah seemed to not have any problem with the matter.<\/p>\n

\u201cIf, for example, this guy or someone younger can make her happy and treat her well, why not? But it also depends, if may mangliligaw sa nanay ko, he has to go through all of us first. May screening talaga. Kung magkakaroon siya ng boyfriend, mai-screen muna siya,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n

Inah starred in ABS-CBN\u2019s Wansapanataym and TV 5\u2019s Wattpad Presents. She will soon be seen in TV 5\u2019s new teleserye Baker King, portraying the role of Eunice.<\/p>\n
