She earlier protested her tax assessment but received no response.<\/p>\n<p>The CTA had not yet assigned her case to a division. Her petition was sent last April 17. The tax court, however, only received it last May 8.<\/p>\n<p>In 2013, Manny Pacquiao was charged with a P2.2 billion tax evasion case by the BIR.
