MANILA \u2013 On mother\u2019s day, Kapuso actor and now proud father Dingdong Dantes posted a photo of his three-month pregnant wife Marian Rivera-Dantes in his Instagram account.<\/p>\n

In the photo, Marian was wearing a body-hugging dress that showed her \u2018baby bump.\u2019 Dingdong captioned the photo, \u201cI wish to salute you every day for gracefully carrying our gift.
