(How so, [when] I\u2019m already the president?),\u201d Binay said in an interview when asked about being the chairman of the shareholders of the Philippine Healthcare Educators Inc. (PHEI) back in 2010.<\/p>\n<p>Vice President Binay then quickly corrected the slip of his tongue and clarified that he was actually referring to the vice presidency.
