MANILA \u2013 Miss Universe-Philippines 2015 Pia Wurtzbach clarified that she and President Benigno Aquino III were not dating and were really just friends, nothing more.<\/p>\n

\u201cHindi ko siya nakikita, actually. Very busy ako. Very busy din siya. Pero ganun pa rin naman.,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n

(I\u2019m not seeing him, actually. I\u2019m very busy. He\u2019s very busy too. But it\u2019s still the same.)<\/p>\n

Wurtzbach, however, admitted that she and the president were occasionally communicating through text messages.<\/p>\n

The beauty queen instantaneously added that it was a \u2018challenge\u2019 for her to talk about Aquino as she didn\u2019t understand why her interaction with him was such a big deal when they were just friends.<\/p>\n

Wurtzbach wanted to focus on representing the Philippines in the upcoming Miss Universe pageant. Hence, she had no time for having any love life.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s really quite a challenge to answer the questions regarding him when all I\u2019m trying to do is focus on the pageant and show everyone na \u2018yun talaga ang focus ko ngayon, \u2018yun ang priority ko ngayon,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n

Wurtzbach then assured her supporters that they had nothing to worry about, especially about her getting distracted.<\/p>\n
